If your child does not have a way of accessing their classes digitally, you can request a device using the form below. They are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
We ask that students do not travel with their devices to and from school. Each classroom has devices for students to use during the day in each of their classes.

Before you request
- No device will be sent home without a signed Student Device Loan Agreement form on file at the school.
- All devices must be returned to the school once a student graduates or if they leave I.S. 126Q.
- If your child has a device assigned to them from another school, they will not be given an additional device. You will need to clear your records with your previous school before being eligible for a new device.
